Allium schubertii
A special allium variety. The umbels are more than 30-35cm in diameter. Each individual flower has a stem that varies in length from 6-20 cm. Schubertii is also called the "fireworks" allium due to the somewhat "explosive" appearance. After flowering, the faded umbels remain decorative in the garden for a long time. Suitable for naturalising. This allium attracts butterflies and bees during flowering.
