Lepidium sativum - We have chosen this easy to grow variety especially to encourage children to grow their own vegetables. They could grow their very own Cress. Cress is very quick and easy to grow - ready in just 6-8 days! Much loved by children. Great used as a garnish for salads and sandwiches.

Sowing Indoors - All year round
Sprinkle generously on moist kitchen roll or cotton wool, keep moist and snip off shoots when approx. 5cm tall.
Sowing outdoors - June-August
Sprinkle generously direct onto soil, keep moist. Harvest when ready.
